Photos you upload: We collect the pet photos you upload to generate portraits. These are stored temporarily to process your order and are used solely for portrait generation.

Account information: When you create an account or make a purchase, we collect your email address. If you set a password, it is securely hashed and stored by our authentication provider (Supabase).

Payment information: All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your full credit card number. Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Usage data: We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (page views, browser type, country). This data cannot identify individual users.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Generate AI portraits from your uploaded photos
  • Process payments and deliver your order
  • Send order confirmations and portrait delivery emails
  • Provide customer support
  • Improve our service through anonymous analytics

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Photo Storage & Retention

Your uploaded photos and generated portraits are stored securely on our servers (Supabase Storage). Generated portraits are retained in your gallery for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. Vercel Analytics uses anonymous, cookieless tracking. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data and account
  • Export your generated portraits

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

7. Children's Privacy

Pet Morph is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
