2. Service Description

Pet Morph is an AI-powered service that generates artistic portraits from photos of your pet. We use third-party AI models to create these images. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be identical to any reference image.

3. User Content

Your photos: You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant Pet Morph a limited license to process them for the purpose of generating portraits.

Generated portraits: Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use your generated portraits for personal and commercial purposes, including printing, sharing, and display.

Restrictions: You agree not to upload photos that you do not have the right to use, or photos containing illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.

4. Payments & Refunds

All prices are displayed in US dollars and charged at the time of purchase via Stripe.

Refund policy: We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your portraits, contact us at support@petmorph.ai within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Pricing: We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the service
• Use automated tools to access the service excessively
• Resell or redistribute the service itself

7. AI-Generated Content

Portraits are generated using AI technology. We do not guarantee specific results. AI-generated images may contain imperfections or unexpected variations. The quality and accuracy of generated portraits depends on the quality and clarity of uploaded photos.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pet Morph is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pet Morph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@petmorph.ai.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
