This almost always comes down to the photo — a clear, well-lit picture facing the camera gives the best likeness (dark or backlit photos are the usual culprit). Send us a better photo at support@petmorph.ai and we'll redo it for free.

Our tool creates one portrait per upload using the photos you provide, so you'll see a single preview rather than one per photo. Want to compare versions from different photos? Reply to support@petmorph.ai and we'll make one from each.

Your portrait lives in your own private online gallery — no login or password needed. The easiest way to find it is our Find Your Order page (petmorph.ai/track) — just enter your email and we'll pull up your gallery. You can also use the gallery link from your email. Still stuck? Email support@petmorph.ai and we'll send it over. (Tip: some email apps like Yahoo and AOL hide links — if a button doesn't work, use the Find Your Order page or contact us.)

Open your gallery, tap or click the portrait, and choose "Save Image" (phone) or the download button (computer). On iPhone it saves to Photos → Recents; if not, check Files → Downloads.

Once it's saved, you can print it at any size yourself — at any photo counter (Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, Costco) or at home. Or let us print it for you on canvas.

No. Checkout is guest-based and your gallery needs no login. We create an account tied to your email so you can return to your portrait, and setting a password is optional — never required to view or download.

The digital portrait is a high-resolution image you download and print yourself at any size. A canvas is a physical, gallery-wrapped print we make and ship to your door, ready to hang.

Digital portraits aren't mailed — they're delivered instantly to your online gallery to download. If you'd like something physical, we offer canvas prints we ship to you.

Our canvases come in 8×10" ($69), 12×16" ($89), 18×24" ($118), 24×36" ($158) — all with free shipping.

Our standard canvases are portrait orientation, 8×10 and up. For a smaller print, the digital download lets you print any size yourself (like 5×7). We can also create custom landscape canvases — email support@petmorph.ai for options.

Canvases are made-to-order: we print and prepare over a few days, then ship. Once shipped, delivery is usually about 3–5 business days — roughly 1–2 weeks total. You'll get a tracking email when it ships.

You can look up your order status and tracking anytime on our Find Your Order page (petmorph.ai/track) by entering your email. You'll also get a tracking email automatically when your canvas ships. If anything looks off, email support@petmorph.ai and we'll check right away.

Absolutely. We offer unlimited free edits by a real person after ordering, and nothing prints until you're happy. Reply to your confirmation email (or support@petmorph.ai) with what you'd like changed and we'll redo it and send it back for review.

No problem — just tell us the correct name (and order, for multiple pets) and we'll fix it free before anything prints.

Yes! Order the style you like, then request the change as a free edit and we'll adjust it.

Yes — either all your pets together in one group portrait, or a separate portrait for each. For separate portraits, create a preview for each pet, add them all to one cart, and check out together.

Each pet is its own portrait made from that pet's photos. Make a preview for each and add each to your cart — or email the photos and names to support@petmorph.ai and we'll set them all up for you.

Yes — checkout runs on Stripe (secure card processing); you enter your card right on the page. PayPal is never required.

Usually not. Two charges typically mean either you upgraded your canvas to a larger size (we only charge the difference) or you ordered two separate items. Unsure? Email support@petmorph.ai and we'll break down exactly what each charge was.

Enter it in the promo code box at checkout and the discount applies automatically. If a code won't take, email support@petmorph.ai and we'll help.
